Return Policy
Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. Returned items must be in new, resalable condition, in the original carton, and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
We accept returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from us within the last 30 days, provided they are in new, resalable condition. Online orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. For other orders, our returns department will advise you of any applicable restocking fees at the time of return.
To obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA), please email your request to sales@vfdexchange.com or call our returns department at 1-800-970-6340. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your request and issue an RMA number. Items returned without an assigned RMA will be rejected.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt. After inspection, we will update you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the approved return.
