Customers have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase. All returns are subject to a restock fee. Returns for credit must be new and in the original carton, and must be packaged to avoid any damage in transit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We can accept, for exchange or return, items which were purchased direct from us within the last 30 days and are in new resalable condition. Products ordered online will have a restocking fee of 20%. For all other orders our returns department will advise if, and what, the restock fee is at the time of the return.
To obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org or call our returns department at 1-800-970-6340. For return, please allow 48 hours for us to process your request and send you an RMA #. Product returned without an assigned RMA will be rejected.
After we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive reimbursement within 30 days of the approved return.
