EtherNet/IP Interface
The EtherNet/IP gateway module is an EtherNet/IP to Modbus RTU gateway module for use with Optidrive E3. It can also be used with Optidrive P2 & Optidrive ECO, however, these units have their own plug-in EtherNet/IP module (OPT-2-ETHNT-IN). The OPT-2-ETHEG-IN interface offers the following functionality:
– 4 Input Words from the network master to the Optidrive E3
– 4 Output Words from the Optidrive E3 to the network master
Communication Interfaces
– Allow connection to a wide range of industrial network standards
– Simple control of the Optidrive from a PLC or control system
Multiple communication interfaces are available for our VFDs. These include stand-alone gateways and plug in modules. Four drives (eight for PROFIBUS) can be connected to a single gateway and controlled. Plug in modules allow each VFD to be directly connected to the network, providing enhanced functionality.
